WARNINGS AND MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION!
For optimal use of Moretti Compact products, carefully read the following warnings:

Moretti Compact products are water-resistant ; we recommend drying thoroughly immediately after cleaning. Never use solvent- base products such as trichloroethylene, acetone, ammonia, etc.

Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight or the use of unsuitable detergents may cause deterioration not attributable to the manufacturer. NB: Slight chromatic variations in the materials are within the natural tolerance limits of the product.

  • The products are not suitable for outdoor use. Do not bring them into contact with water or place hot objects on the surfaces.
  • All assembly accessories must always be carefully tightened and checked periodically and re-tightened if necessary.
  • Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight or the use of unsuitable detergents may cause deterioration not attributable to the manufacturer. NB: Slight chromatic variations in the materials are within the natural tolerance limits of the product.
The pigments that define the Moretti Compact lacquer colors are applied to all the materials that make up the furnishings: panels, metal, and plastic. This may result in slight color differences due to the different substrates to which the paint is applied. Furthermore, in some cases, a phenomenon called chromatic metamerism may occur, whereby two colors appear identical under a certain lighting source but differ when viewed under different lighting. This occurs because light is composed of different wavelengths, and objects reflect or absorb these wavelengths differently.
  • For greater safety, assembly must be carried out in the absence of children.
  • Turn the mattress periodically to allow for perfect ventilation and to ensure a longer life for the mattress.
  • Any spare parts can be requested from the Dealer. The use of parts that do not comply with the Manufacturer's construction directives is prohibited.
  • DO NOT make any changes that could compromise the stability of the structure
  • Do not leave open flames or other sources of strong heat, such as electric or gas heaters, etc., in the direct vicinity of the bed.
  • Despite the use of rubber wheels, when moving the beds on particularly delicate parquet floors, they may cause marks and/or scratches.
  • NB: it fears water, it is recommended to dry carefully immediately after cleaning.
  • For cleaning, DO NOT use solvent- base products such as trichloroethylene, acetone, ammonia, etc. under any circumstances.

Warnings for Concept and Level mezzanines

  • For maximum child safety, it is forbidden to use a mattress with a thickness greater than the marking line placed by the manufacturer on the side of the bed.
  • The bed is ready for use only when the barrier is closed and the barrier locking mechanisms are locked
  • Be careful when using ropes, cables, suspenders and belts etc., if they are hung over the top of the bed they could cause strangulation.
  • Recommended mattress dimensions: length 200 cm, width 90 cm, height 18 cm. On structures with a fold-down bed base, use mattresses 2000 mm long, 900 mm wide, and 180 mm high. On Level Smart mezzanines, use mattresses 2000 mm long, 1000 mm wide, and 180 mm high. NB: DO NOT use more than one mattress under any circumstances.
  • The loft bed with ladder is ready for use only when the ladder and barrier are in place and both locking mechanisms are tightened.
  • The bed is not a toy. Remember that jumping on the bed could cause injury to the child if he or she falls, and could also cause damage to the bed frame.
  • The loft bed or high bed must not be used if any structural part is broken or missing.
  • The top of the bunk/loft bed is not suitable for children under six (6) years of age due to the risk of injury from falling.
  • Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid this serious danger, the distance between the upper safety barrier and the wall must not be between 75 and 230 mm. Distances less than 75 mm and greater than 230 mm are therefore permitted.
